A researcher at heart, a knowledge gatherer, and a connector. He enjoys building and developing brands, people, teams, and himself.

Marketing, sales, and working with multifunctional teams have been his companions for the past two decades. He has had the fortune, pleasure, and responsibility of working on significant projects in Croatia, the region, and around the world, gathering life experiences from CEOs to students.

He has held managerial positions at Procter & Gamble in the markets of Croatia and Central Europe and is one of the global pioneers of Shopper Marketing. He was among the first in the region to initiate Category Management projects.

Afterward, he spent 10 years as the Director of Marketing for Red Bull Croatia, working with and mentoring teams worldwide (Japan, France, Latin America). He initiated the Wings for Life World Run race in Croatia and led the Red Bull Air Race project in Rovinj. In the distant past, he also worked in the field of Forestry Management, an invaluable experience.

He believes in the value of healthy individualism and recognizes that one size doesn't fit all. However, he also acknowledges the existence of general principles and practices applicable across various industries and human relationships.

He believes that in life and business, there are no shortcuts; happiness is the result of smart work and focus. As a wise person once said: “Luck is where preparation meets opportunity!”

He believes that one should not shy away from difficult decisions in life. Consequently, tough decisions (mostly) lead to a good life. He also believes in striving for balance in life (yin-yang) and the power of positive energy.
